cool af website. how'd you make that intro animation when you click the enter image?

Replied on: November 4, 2025 at 6:07:02 PM

i made it in flash! the swf is initially contained to just be the enter button, but when you hit it the swf calls some javascript to make the flash take up the whole page this javascript also changes the page's background, and the swf itself has a transparent background :D

YOUR SITE IS SO COOL its inspiring me to try and learn actionscript... mayb one day..

Replied on: July 19, 2025 at 4:40:33 PM

as3 is evil. and scary. id say use javascript first to get a feel for ecmascript in general, then move to flash if you need the features it provides (like having really easy animation creation :3)
